Service Request – System Administration/DBA
This is a service request for routine work needed by the system and DBA teams. Routine work that requires a request is either work that involves more than four hours of work by an administrator or needs documentation in the case of an account setup or security change. Routine work does not include problem solving, resulting in work for a production issue. Routine work does not include similar activities that are part of a known project time line.
Receipt of request will arrive in 2 business days with an estimation of when the work can be scheduled.
