To delete an NWAPBAD entry, access the position, the transaction will default in. Change anything about the transaction and exit the “red door”.
Can I use PBAD the way I use
the Budget Development adjustment screen, where I can, if I choose, put in a %
change to a line, rather than a flat dollar adjustment amount?
PBAD requires a flat dollar value in the target position adjustment amount field.
