If you see warnings or errors after launching
Banner, please follow the procedure below.


Clear your java cache:
  1. Close your Banner session.
  2. Click on the Windows icon (Start Menu).
  3. Click on Control Panel; your View by on the upper right should be set to small or large icons
  4. Click on Java | General tab | Temporary Internet Files (section) | click Settings… | click Delete
    Files… | verify all options are selected for deletion > click OK.
    Note: Deleting the java cache may take a few minutes.
  5. Close all browser windows.
  6. Re-launch Banner.
  7. Select Run to continue to your Banner session.
