WebIntelligence/Business Objects (WEBI) Hours of Operation
Supported Availability
  • WebIntelligence reporting is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except UNH holidays.
  • The WebI support team is available to provide assistance Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except UNH holidays.
  • If an issue is reported after 5:00 pm or on weekends, it will typically be addressed on the next business day.
Additional Availability
  • WebIintelligence reporting is usually available outside of normal business hours (normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
  • There are known times, however, when WebI is not available due to the WebI production schedule and other processing.
  • WebI reports may not be available during the following times:
    • Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 pm to approximately 1:30 am.
    • Saturday from 10:00 pm until Sunday at 9:00 am.
    • GSC reporting on Saturday night from 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
  • WebI report schedulers should not schedule report during such times.
Detailed Production Start Times for Sunday through Thursday:
Each WebI reporting area becomes unavailable as its production starts and remains unavailable until that production finishes. The production start times for each area are as follows:
  • 07:30 pm UNH FAMIS
  • 09:00 pm InfoEd
  • 09:30 pm HR and Finance
  • 10:00 pm UNH Student
  • 10:30 pm UNH Admissions Snapshot
  • 11:00 p.m. GSC Student Reporting (9:00 pm Saturdays)
