Finance/HR Banner Hours of Operation

The Banner Finance/HR system will be available:

Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), except:

Tuesdays, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Thursdays, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,

These times are reserved for system administration work, if necessary.

Weekends:

The system may also be available on the weekends however; it may be down Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to noon, for regular system maintenance.

Please note that database and client support is only available during normal business hours or for pre-arranged periods during critical processing cycles. Should problems occur after hours, appropriate support personnel will be notified and the problem addressed as soon as possible.
